To confirm a booking the full amount for the first nights accommodation is usually requested in advance. If the booking is cancelled within seven days of your scheduled arrival and we are unable to re-let your room, you could be liable for a cancellation charge up to the full cost of your accommodation. Therefore, bookings should always be confirmed in writing.
 
Please note that in consideration for other guests we adopt a no smoking policy throughout the premises.
In the event that should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and will be charged for the entire length of your stay
